Going to work; the second hardest thing you'll do today

Work presents a major challenge for most people in that it rarely involves doing what we love. For those on the Autism Spectrum work requires dealing with things that we are intensely uncomfortable with: communication; conflict; sitting in a loud area trying to concentrate on one task.
Just finding the job can be tortuous as it entails interpreting vague descriptions, making a first impression and pretending that doing what someone else wants us to do is our life's ambition.
I created Job Sink to help lend a hand to people on the Spectrum by sharing my own knowledge and experience in dealing with the working world.
Staying at work; they'll notice if you're not there

In addition to providing assistance in finding a job, Job Sink offers methods for keeping the job you have either by helping to drive off the doldrums or preventing the explosions that have cost so many of us at work.
